My biggest priorities are making my clients feel that they are in a safe environment and helping them to understand we are a team, working towards a common goal. If we decide to work together, I ask that you be an active participant in your therapy and I’ll provide a comfortable place for us to do this work together. I am here to give you the support that is needed for you to reduce your symptoms and your stress in the present day, and to finally live a more fulfilling life.
Psychologists receive some of the most advanced training among mental health professionals. I completed four years of undergraduate training at Xavier University, six years of doctoral training at Spalding University, and a seventh year of post-doctoral training at the Cincinnati VA Hospital. I also sought specific training in EMDR Therapy. After completing the required basic training levels, I continued to the advanced certification level, and I am a soon-to-be Certified EMDR Therapy practitioner.
